Hey Gino, How are you? I am not sure if you remember me, but I got my mortgage from you a year ago in July. I just wanted to thank for taking care of me. I was talking to my current mortgage company to see if I could get a lower interest rate and the agent told me that "whoever wrote your mortgage up, really took very good care of you."
